Columbus restaurateurs George Tanchevski and John Achevich have completed renovations on their grandfather’s restaurant, Mansfield’s own, Chris’s Café. Now open with a new name, the Red Brick Diner, and with a fresh new menu, the pair have returned to their hometown to carry on a family tradition.
